Since I discovered this wiki I decided to do Lucy herself since she seemly fit the criteria very well here for the following reason reasons lol.
What's The Work?[]
Elfen Lied is an Manga and Anime series by Lynn Okamoto that feature the romance between the Diclonius Lucy and Kouta who have a history together where it explores backstories of the two while dealing with the Diclonius Research Institution who wish to recapture her and use her as an means to wipeout humanity and replace them with the Diclonius the dominant species.
Who Is She?[]
Lucy or real name Kaede and Nyu is the main protagonist of Elfen Lied, she was originally orphaned after being abandoned by her father where after after much bullying by Tomoo & his gang where them killing her pet dog ulltimately made her driven into madness turning her a murdous psychopath and would attempt to wipe out humanity until she fallen for an boy named Kouta that stops her from doing that goal.
What Have She Done?[]
She murdered 9000 people in gruesome and violent ways but also willingly gonna protect her friends Kouta Kouta, Nana, Yuka, Mayu, and Nozomi from harm as well as she dealt with the many villains of Elfen Lied like Mariko, Unknown Man, and Director Kakuzawa who the latter attempted to replace humanity with Diclonius.

What Makes Her a Seinen Hero?[]
- Heroic/Anti-Heroic: She done her deeds for the sake of protecting her friends and loved ones like Kouta and Mapple Inn plus stopping the main villain from replacing humanity making her very Anti-Heroic.
- Cynical: Very distrustful due to her past
- Apathetic: She doesn't show any concern in any situations unless
- Stoical: She doesn't show them too much given her mistreatment to others.
- Insightful: She reflected on her terrible life experiences and those she killed a bit.
- Pessimistic: She always think something bad will happen whenever she try to open up.
- Realistic: She only wish to be loved and accepted by others
- Strong Sense of Willpower: She tolerated her sufferings for her entire life and in the final Manga chapter went through pain to protect Kouta.
- Nihilistic: She had so much of a terrible life she don't see value in life here save for some instances with Kouta given she mention it was best parts of it.
- Pragmatic: She always think something will bad happen whenever she opens up here
- Morally Ambiguous: Pretty morally ambiguous given she is neither good nor evil as while she killed a lot she went through
- Has Anger Issues: Has a massive hatred towards humanity due to her mistreatment.
- Has Killer Instinct: To say she has it is a understatement as she has it all the time.
- Has Bloodlust: Very bloodlust and kills without remorse.
- Lustful: Her love with Kouta.
- Reckless: She does it on a daily basis
- Tragic Past: To say she is tragic is a understatement as she was bullied in orphanage, gaslighted by the DNA Voice and used as a lab rat.
- Vengeful: A Seinen Hero wants to seek revenge on someone who hurts them or someone they care about.
- Has an Outfit with Black/Red/Blue: One of her outfits is black and red.
- Sociopathic/Psychopathic: Yeah she pretty much is due to her mental trauma screwing her over.
- Is an Edgelord: Very much yes if you seen Elfen Lied.

A very easy keeper for sure.
