The Ronin is the main protagonist of "The Duel", an episode of Star Wars Vision.
What Makes Him a Seinen Hero?[]
- Heroic/Anti-Heroic: The Ronin is a former Dark Lord of the Sith who initiated and led the Sith rebellion against the state of feudalism in the galaxy. The Ronin later becomes disenchanted with the Sith rebellion after seeing a vision of horrors and warfare through kyber mirror of Shinsui Temple, and the Sith rebellion comes to an end because of his changing of heart and him turning his lightsaber against the Sith. In Star Wars Vision, the Ronin stops a Dark Lord of the Sith named Kouru from attacking a village.
- Apathetic: The Ronin slowly and casually confronts Kouru, who has demonstrated her overwhelming strength against the bounty hunters hired to protect the village.
- Stoical: The Ronin does not display emotions when Kouru taunts him that he cannot save the village, and Kouru's men are attacked by B5-56, the Ronin's droid companion. Aside from his stoic attitude when fighting Kouru, he does not display emotions throughout his time in the village.
- Insightful: The Ronin sees a vision of horrors and warfare through kyber mirror of Shinsui Temple, which motivates him to put an end to the Sith rebellion he formerly led.
- Sophisticated/Mature: While Kouru taunts the Ronin, the Ronin is not enraged by Kouru's taunts and maintains his emotional stability.
