Frank Martin is the main protagonist of the Transporter series, and one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Felix Reyes-Torrena) of Collateral.
What Makes Him A Seinen Hero?[]
- Heroic/Anti-Heroic: Saved a huge amount of people from slavers and terrorists.
- Cynical: He clearly isn't interested in who exactly he works with.
- Sophisticated/Mature: Frank is emotionally mature.
- Realistic: Is a realist.
- Strong Sense of Willpower: Always goes to the end.
- Pragmatic: He makes money doing simple work and only does heroic things when someone tries to kill him.
- Morally Ambiguous: In the first film, he more than willing dealing with criminals, instead of surrendering them to the police (although he can do it).
- Has Killer Instinct/Has Bloodlust: Kills his enemies in brutal ways.
- Lustful: Had sex with Lai.
- Hard-Boiled: It's an obligatory trait for an action film anti-hero.
- Vengeful: In the first installment, he gets revenge on the criminals for trying to kill him.
