Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd is one of the main characters of Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
What Makes Him a Seinen Hero?[]
- Heroic/Anti-Heroic: Dimitri seeks revenge against the perpetrators of the Tragedy of Duscur, in which his father King Lambert and many of his knights and friends were murdered. In Azure Moon route, Dimitri would reclaim his kingdom.
- Apathetic: After knowing that the Flame Emperor is Edelgard von Hresvelg, his recklessness is greatly displayed as seeking revenge becomes his sole goal.
- Stoical: Dimitri attempts to hide his hidden capability of extreme violence in pre-timeskip. Though his capability of extreme violence is unleashed after knowing that the Flame Emperor is Edelgard von Hresvelg and he experiences events which results him in being alone and lost an eye, he becomes stoic seeking for revenge.
- Insightful: Dimitri's tragic past has affected him and he has developed the hidden capability of extreme violence he attempts to hide.
- Pessimistic: Dimitri believes that he should be already killed in the Tragedy of Duscur, and his recklessness is somewhat motivated by this belief.
- Has Killer Instinct: Dimitri developed the hidden capability of extreme violence, which is released when he finds that the Flame Emperor is Edelgard von Hresvelg.
- Has Bloodlust: After he finds that the Flame Emperor is Edelgard von Hresvelg, Dimitri is shown to take pleasure in fighting enemies and killing them in brutal way.
- Tragic Past: Dimitri is a survivor of the Tragedy of Duscur, in which his father King Lambert and many of his knights and friends were murdered.
- Reckless: Dimitri is reckless and his reckless is the reason why he is killed in Silver Snow route, Verdant Wind route, and Crimson Flower route.
- Has Trust Issues: In post-timeskip, Dimitri disdains help from his former friends and chooses to seek revenge against the Flame Emperor by himself. In Azure Moon route, Dimitri rejects help from his former classmates and Byleth, his former teacher.
- Vengeful: Dimitri attempts to seek revenge the perpetrators behind the Tragedy of Duscur, in which his father King Lambert and many of his knights and friends were murdered.
