- Heroic/Anti-Heroic: Chooses to save the flock of sheep from the Wolf, after seeing a lamb being protected by his mother, because it reminded him of how his mother saved him.
- Stoical: Chirin does not show much emotion.
- Realistic: Chirin only hunts and does not follow any ideologies.
- Apathetic: Chirin showed no hesitation to kill the flock of sheep from his old home.
- Strong Sense Of will power: Chirin keeps on following the wolf, even when the Wolf refuses to train him.
- Pragmatic: Chirin follows the Wolf so he can train with him to get stronger.
- Morally Ambiguous: Chirin spends most of the movie hunting animals alongside the Wolf
- Has Killer Instinct: Chirin did not show any remorse over killing the guard dogs.
- Reckless: Chirin went after the Wolf that murdered his mother.
- Tragic Past: Chirin's mother died protecting him from the Wolf.
- Hard boiled: The story describes how Chirin has changed into a fearsome beast.
- Black Hair: After Chirin grows into a ram his wool turns black.
